July 4th Guest Passes Go On Sale Tomorrow (Saturday, June 15)
A limited number of passes are available for sale starting tomorrow; first-come, first-served, for July 4th at $25 each, limited to 4 per member. The guest passes are available at the front desk. You must pay for the passes when you request them (cash or check; checks are preferred).
The July 4th schedule will be published soon.
Party Reservations – Party Not Available Times
We have had some conflicts this year regarding times when parties are not permitted. We have updated the calendar to indicate when parties are not allowed, with the exception that swim team practice times are not noted on the calendar since practice is held nearly every day in May and June (and…, as shown below, parties are not to be scheduled during swim team practice). Under the “Membership” page on the site, there’s a “Party Policy” tab and this information is listed:
The pool is not available for parties during:
- Opening Weekend
- Memorial Day Weekend – Sat, Sun, Mon
- July 4th
- Labor Day Weekend – Sat, Sun, Mon
- Swim Team Practice
- Summer Camp Before 2pm
- Home Swim Meets
- Any Friday After 5pm
- Special Pool Events such as Swim-a-thon, Luau, etc.
Pool Courtesy Reminders
- Please remember that NO GLASS is allowed at the pool. We have had several cases of broken glass on the surface near the pool.
- Please avoid talking to, and certainly not engage in lengthy discussions with the lifeguards when they are on duty as it distracts from their focus.
- Please remember to clean sand/dirt off your feet before getting into the pools, clean up after your meals – including the grills if you use them, and help us keep the pool and deck area clean for everyone’s enjoyment.
- Also, don’t forget to check the lost and found (at the entrance to the Women’s changing room) for items you or your family might have misplaced!
