Pool Hours Clarification

This past Sunday (the 7th), a number of members showed up before our noon opening time.  Several said that they had checked the hours on the Internet but a quick look at the Pool Hours calendar on the Venetian website confirmed the noon opening time was posted correctly.  The pool opens at 10am on Saturday, but at noon on Sunday.  We believe that the culprit was most likely what is known as a meta tag.  The meta tag is a window that often accompanies items that have been Googled and contains general information about a site; the physical address, a Google map, reviews, phone number operating hours, etc.  This information is not controlled by Venetian staff or employees and as a result, may not be accurate.  The pools opening time listed on the meta tag for this past Sunday (click on link below) was 10:00, two hours early, hence the confusion.  Members are encouraged to always check the Pool Hours calendar at venetianpools.org for the most accurate information.
