July 4th Activities

Come celebrate the 4th – the Venetian way!
Pool hours: 10 am – 4 pm; please sign up for contests when you arrive 

Schedule of Activities:
Open all day – Wet and Wild Water Slide!

11:00:    Kid’s Hula Hoop contest (in front of Manager’s office)

12 – 12:30:    Money and toy dive

  • Baby pool toy jump
  • Money dive; big pool, shallow end       ages 6-8
  • Money dive; big pool, at the point        ages 9-11
  • Money dive; big pool, deep end           ages 12-18

12:30 – 1:    Juice box/soda splash            

  • Juice box; Baby pool                  ages 3-5
  • Sodas; Big pool, shallow end     ages 6-8
  • Sodas; at the point                     ages 9-11
  • Sodas; deep end                        ages 12-18

12:45:    Kid’s table opens on the lawn for hot dogs and sides

1 – 2:     Potluck – for all who bring food to participate – Bring enough to feed around ten:

  • A-I:  Veggie dish
  • J-R:  Patriotic dessert
  • S-Z:  Colorful salad

2:00:    Most patriotic costume contest 

2:15:    Kid splash contest (diving board)                                                    up to age 18

2:30:    Adult splash (Hot Mama and Big Daddy) contest (diving board)    19 and up

3:00:    Beer dive (deep end)                                                                       21 and up 

3:30:    Adult hula hoop contest         

4:00:    Pool closes
