Board of Directors Nominations; TAPS Growler Fill Discount; Future Events

Board of Directors Nominations

The Nomination period is open now and the form is available on the website (you have to be logged-in; contact me for log in info if needed), and can also be accessed here: Nominations Form for VPCA Board of Directors 2015. Blank forms are available at the Front Desk in the “Voting” binder. Leave the completed form at the front desk, e-mail it to Nick Cortese, communications@venetianpools.org or mail it to Nick (address on form). Be sure that every person nominated has agreed to run. And consider nominating yourself! The deadline for submitting nominations is Monday, August 10. Voting will be from Monday, August 24, through Labor Day, Monday, September 7. The new Board members will officially take office during the Annual Meeting, Monday, September 14.

TAPS 10% Discount for Growler Fills

TAPS at 1248 Clairmont Rd in Decatur is offering members a 10% discount on growler fills. Pick up a stainless steel growler (See below) for use at the pool (no glass!). TAPS offers 35-40 different craft beers and ciders, including a non-alcoholic choice (root beer). http://tapscraftbeers.com
