New Member Orientation Tomorrow
Welcome to all of our new members! The New Member Orientation is tomorrow, Saturday, May 18, from 4 p.m. – 5 p.m., in the Dance Hall. Come learn about Venetian Pools and meet this year’s Board of Directors.
Ribbon Cutting Tomorrow
Everyone, old members and new, is invited to come to the Dance Hall at 5 p.m. tomorrow, Saturday, May 18th , to officially cut the ribbon on the renovated pools. The celebration will include a slide show of the renovation work performed since last October. A giant THANK YOU to Flip Hager for all of his efforts in improving the safety and appearance of the main and baby pools.
A reminder that smoking is prohibited at Venetian Pools.
Pool Party Policy Revised
Who knew that Venetian members were such partiers? Party reservations are filling Colm’s e-mail in-box to overflowing. So the Pool Party Policy has been slightly revised. Please submit your Venetian Pools Party Reservation Form to the Front Desk in order to reserve a party. Colm will notify you when the reservation is confirmed and put it on the Party Reservation Calendar on the Venetian website, www.venetianpools.org Feel free to e-mail him with any questions, though, email@example.com
Any Spare Ping Pong Tables Out There?
The ping pong table in the Dance Hall has gotten so much love that we are looking for another one to join it. Please reply if you have one in the basement that is feeling lonely and would like to come be part of the fun at Venetian. We promise to take good care of it—right, everyone?
The Grills are Here!
Oh, yeah. It is grillin’ time at the Venetian! Come and give these babies a try. It is a whole new experience from last year.
Needed: CURE Swim-a-thon Volunteers
Calling all CURE Swim-a-thon volunteers! Elizabeth Woodcock is this year’s CURE Swim-a-thon Chair, and she is looking for a few good women and men to help with this event to help children with cancer. It is a short commitment with lots of rewards. Contact John Dean, firstname.lastname@example.org , to volunteer. Thanks!
