Big jobs and small jobs: including yard work, carpentry, deck staining, and weed pulling
Bring: rakes, lopping shears, sharp pointed shovels, other yard tools, tool box, pressure washer, willingness to work
Who:
Every VPCA member! Remember: there will be no childcare for small children.
Why:
Spruce up Venetian for Opening Day, May 11!
Extra reasons:
- · Earn a book of guest passes for every 2 hours worked per membership or finish a job at the end of the day
- · Bagels and coffee in the morning
- · Sandwiches and cold drinks in the afternoon

Needed: Pressure Washers and Chain Saws
Tomorrow, for the Work Day, we need two pressure washers and two chainsaws. Click reply to let us know if we could borrow yours. A big THANKS to those who are lending us the rock climbing gear for changing the light bulbs in the big outdoor lights!
Swim Team Swim Suit Fitting Tomorrow
The Swim Team is holding a swim suit fitting at the pool tomorrow from 10 a.m. – 12 noon. Be sure to stop by to order swim suits for your Poolsharks and plan to stay for the Work Day!
Poolshark Spirit Night, April 30
Come support the Venetian Poolsharks for Spirit Night at Mellow Mushroom Pizza Bakers in Decatur! Mention the Venetian Poolsharks, the finest swim team in town, when you order on Tuesday, April 30, between the hours of 5 pm and 10 pm, and Mellow Mushroom will donate 10% of all dine-in, take-out or delivery to the Poolsharks! 40 Mile Challenge—Sign Up Bonus
With Venetian’s opening day fast approaching, now is the time to register for the Venetian Pools 40 Mile Swim Challenge. It is fun, refreshing, and done while lying down. Participation is not limited, and you can enroll once the pool opens. As a special incentive, all those who sign up by May 10 will get their first mile FREE. That way, you will only have to swim 39 miles. You can do that!
